§ 21. Mr. HICKSasked the Minister of Labour if he is prepared to give an assurance that in future contracts carrying grants under the Development (Loan Guarantees and Grants) Act, 1929 (Part II), the application of Regulation 6, in Circular U.G.C. 26, issued by the Unemployment Grants Committee, will not be enforced?
