HC Deb 26 November 1931 vol 260 c517
97 and 98. Sir W. BRASS

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) the annual total of the reparation payments, including payments in kind, required to be made by Germany to all the creditor nations, separately, before Mr. Hoover's suggestion of a moratorium was agreed to;

(2) whether he can state the annual total of the unconditional annuities which Germany is required to pay to France under the Young plan; and what proportion these bear to the total annual reparation payments owed by Germany to France?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN

The annual shares of each of the creditor Governments in the unconditional and conditional portions of the German payments, as well as their annual shares in the total German payments, are set forth in Exhibit C to the Trust Agreement between the Creditor Governments and the Bank for International Settlements (Command Paper 3598 of 1930, pages 31 to 56).
