§ 60. Lieut.-Colonel FREMANTLEasked the First Commissioner of Works when the paintings of geese and ducks in St. James's Park, which were removed for restoration by his predecessor in office, will be replaced?
§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREIt had been intended to replace these paintings, which 42 had become much dilapidated, by new drawings drawn by an artist and reproduced on glazed tiles. Some of the new drawings have been prepared, but, without the assistance of private benefactions, I fear the cost may make it necessary for me to postpone the manufacture of the tiles.
