HC Deb 12 November 1931 vol 259 cc248-9
12. Mr. LECKIE

asked the Minister of Health whether he will give consideration to the Report of the National Park Committee, presented to Parliament in April last (Cmd. 3851), with a view to carrying into effect the principal recommendations contained therein?

Sir H. YOUNG

Yes, Sir. I am giving close consideration to the report, which is an important and interesting document, but obviously at present I cannot promise to do more.

Mr. MANDER

Will the right hon. Gentleman bear in mind the possibility of carrying out certain recommendations which require very little expense, such as the setting up of a national committee?

Sir H. YOUNG

Undoubtedly, these possibilities will all be borne in mind.
