§ Mr. W. GRAHAMI cannot disclose the affairs of a particular company, but the general position in regard to the grant of licences for the exportation of tanks to Russia was indicated in my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Bradford North (Sir N. Angell) on the 12th May.
