§ Mr. BENNThe report of the Royal Commission on Labour in India will probably be available towards the end of June. I shall then be in a better position to consider whether I can usefully address the Government of India on the matters referred to by the hon. Member.

§ Sir W. BRASSWill the right hon. Gentleman say, if he does find that these standards are very low, that he will communicate with the Government of India on the subject?
