§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of EDUCATION (Mr. Lees-Smith)During the year ended 31st March last, local education authorities, in England and Wales, acquired 161 sites exceeding five acres in extent for elementary school purposes. This represents 29 per cent. of the sites thus acquired during the year.
