HC Deb 14 May 1931 vol 252 c1346
47. Mr. CHARLES WILLIAMS

asked the Prime Minister when he proposes to introduce legislation to nationalise the means of transport in this Country?

The PRIME MINISTER

The Third Report of the Royal Commission on Transport, which deals with the whole question of the further co-ordination and organisation of transport, is under the consideration of the Government, and I am not in a position to say more.

Mr. WILLIAMS
