HC Deb 13 May 1931 vol 252 c1186
44. Mr. EDE

asked the Minister of Agriculture what steps he proposes taking to carry out the recommendation of the National Parks Committee that a survey should be made of all land which was subject to rights of common on 1st January, 1926; and will he use the county and county borough councils for the purpose of conducting such a survey?

Mr. THURTLE

The recommendation of the National Parks Committee with regard to a survey of land subject to rights of common will receive consideration with the other recommendations of the committee, and the suggestion made in the last part of my hon. Friend's question will be carefully borne in mind.
