HC Deb 16 March 1931 vol 249 c1656
41. Mr. HURD

asked the Minister of Agriculture what tests are now progressing in England of the value of the serum treatment of bovine tuberculosis; and if, in the interests of the fresh milk industry, he will use his influence to expedite these tests?

Dr. ADDISON

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave on the 5th March to a question by the hon. Baronet, the Member for Caithness and Sutherland (Sir A. Sinclair), of which I am sending him a copy. I have recently had under careful consideration the possibility of expediting this research, and can assure the hon. Member that any steps that may be practicable in this direction will be taken.
