§ Mr. CLYNESI am not aware that there have been many accidents of this kind. I have seen a Press report of a recent case, and my attention was called to a similar incident some months ago, but I have not heard of any others. There is no power to take any action of the nature suggested.
§ Mr. FREEMANIs it not a fact that there was a fatal accident only last year, and that there was a very serious accident at Cardiff on Saturday?
