No representations in regard to these measures have yet been made to the Argentine Government, but the position is being carefully watched.

§ Mr. SHINWELLThere is a great, deal of information at the disposal of the Department, but the matter is one of singular difficulty; I can assure my hon. Friend that the interests of British trade will be protected.
