§ Dr. ADDISONAs there is a case at present being heard before the High Court, in which the plaintiff alleges that the proprietors of a certain sugar beet factory are polluting the water of the River Ouse thereby causing damage to the fish therein, and claims an injunction to restrain them from so doing, I cannot properly make any statement at this stage in answer to the question.
