§ Miss BONDFIELDNational industrial or economic councils of various kinds exist in Belgium, Canada, Czechoslo- 564 vakia, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, South Africa, Spain and the United States of America. I am not in possession of sufficient information concerning the working of these councils to enable me to express an opinion as to their influence on industrial conditions.
