§ Mr. GREENWOODThe inspector's report has been received and considered. The scheme has been approved in principle and the local authority are now preparing revised plans embodying certain suggestions which have been made to them. As soon as the plans are received formal sanction will be given.
§ Mr. GOULDCan the right hon. Gentleman say whether the difficulty about the site has been overcome?
