§ Mr. GREENWOODI have no funds at my disposal out of which assistance of this kind could be given, but the county councils have power to make the necessary arrangements so far as midwives are concerned.
§ Mr. RILEYWill the right hon. Gentleman do all that he can to get the county councils to use their powers?
