§ The MINISTER of TRANSPORT (Mr. Herbert Morrison)No specific recommendation has been made by my Department with respect to dual roads. I am unable to furnish particulars of their number and situation without making inquiries all over the country. The cost of construction depends upon many variable factors such as the dimensions adopted, the materials used and the nature of the site.
