HC Deb 20 July 1931 vol 255 c1058
57. Mr. BOWEN

asked the Attorney-General when the borough of Crewe Magisterial Advisory Committee held its last meeting to consider the question of recommending further persons to serve as magistrates for the borough and for making any additions to the personnel of the advisory committee; if any such recommendations have been made; and whether it is proposed to give effect to these in the early future?

Mr. WHITELEY

I have been asked to reply. The last meeting of this committee was held at the end of last week, when certain recommendations were submitted to the Lord Chancellor, and these are now awaiting his consideration.
