HC Deb 20 July 1931 vol 255 c1054
42. Lieut.-Colonel HENEAGE

asked the Minister of Agriculture if he is prepared to introduce legislation to establish the quota scheme for British cereals?

Dr. ADDISON

I have nothing to add at present to the reply given by the Prime Minister to the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Woolwich, West (Sir K. Wood) on 1st July.

Lieut.-Colonel HENEAGE

Will the right hon. Gentleman give to the House this afternoon the information and secrets that he gave to the Liberal party?

Dr. ADDISON

I have no doubt that I shall treat the House of Commons this afternoon with my accustomed frankness.
