§ Dr. ADDISONAccording to the latest annual return received from the district council, the total number of allotments in Willesden on 31st December, 1930, exclusive of railway companies' allotments, was 1,979, of which 1,829 were on land owned or leased by the council and 150 were let direct by private persons.
