§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONI cannot make a reliable estimate. I have urged highway authorities to make the fullest possible use of British materials. The supply of British kerb has been for many years inadequate to meet the demand, and I do not think British kerb manufacturers need hesitate to develop their activities to the fullest extent, provided the quality and price of their products are satisfactory.
