§ Mr. CLYNESI would refer the right hon. Member to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Newcastle-on-Tyne (Sir N. Grattan-Doyle) on the 13th November last. The measures referred to in that answer are being carried forward, but I am not yet able to say whether any, and if so, what, augmentation of the Force will be required.
