§ Miss BONDFIELDThe latest information available in reply to the first two parts of this question is contained in the report of the Unemployment Grants Committee, Command 3744. The number of persons employed directly and indirectly or Unemployment Grants Committee schemes, including schemes specially assisted out of the grant for necessitous areas, is in the region of 95,000.
