asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will give a summary of the programme of work accomplished at the recent meeting of the Council of the League of Nations?

Mr. A. HENDERSON

I hope shortly to lay on the Table of the House a White Paper containing a summary of the proceedings at the recent session of the Council of the League of Nations.

Mr. AYLES

Does the Foreign Secretary propose to issue the Financial Convention as a White Paper for the information of Members of the House?

Mr. HENDERSON

It was not part of the business of the recent Council.
