§ 4. Mr. OSWALD LEWISasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether any countries which are members of the League of Nations are still in arrears in respect of any part of the contributions due from them for the expenses of the League during 1929; and, if so, will he give particulars?

According to the latest available Return, dated the 7th of January, 1931, the 1790 following contributions to the expenses of the League in respect of 1929 were then unpaid:—
