asked the President of the Board of Trade when the report of the committee investigating the question of obsolete tonnage may be expected?

Mr. RUNCIMAN

The report in question was issued in May last as a Stationery Office publication and arrangements were made for copies to be available for Members at the Vote Office.

Lieut.-Colonel MOORE

In view of the disastrous position of the shipbuilding industry, is it the intention of the Board of Trade to take any action in regard to that report?

Mr. RUNCIMAN

I could not answer a question of that kind without notice.
