HC Deb 28 April 1931 vol 251 c1429
20. Captain AUSTIN HUDSON

asked the President of the Board of Trade the number of public companies as at Tuesday, 28th April, which have not complied with the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 1929; and what steps he is taking to reduce to nil the number of companies which have now been in default for over four months?

Mr. W. GRAHAM

The number of outstanding cases of default in respect of 1930 has been reduced to 137. These cases are with the Solicitor to the Board of Trade who is taking such action as may be necessary to secure the return.
