Sir K. WOOD

Does not the right hon. Gentleman think that, as there is now a definite reference to the advice of the Economic Council, their report should be available to the House?

The PRIME MINISTER

I am not going on the principle that one wrong necessitates another.

Sir K. WOOD

As long as the right hon. Gentleman says his colleague did a wrong, I am content.
