Mr. MACLEANasked the Minister of Agriculture whether the Government was officially represented at the conference held in the International Institute of Agriculture at Rome which concluded on 2nd April; and whether any report of the conference and its decisions or recommendations will be published, together with the official views of the Government as expressed at the conference?
§ Dr. ADDISONThe answer to the first part of my hon. Friend's question is in the affirmative. With reference to the second part, a full report of the proceedings of the conference will be issued in due course by the International Institute of Agriculture. In the meantime, I will arrange for the publication in the Ministry's journal of a summary of the proceedings, including the resolutions which were passed and the views expressed by the members of the delegation from the United Kingdom.
