Ordered, That a Select Committee be appointed to consider the procedure in this House in regard to the conduct of Public Business and to suggest any changes that may seem desirable therein.

Ordered, That the Committee do consist of Fifteen Members. Mr. Arnott, Mr. Barr, Captain Bourne, Mr. Ernest Brown, Mr. Rhys Davies, Mr. Ede, Mr. Hacking, Sir Dennis Herbert, Mr. Bore-Belisha, Mr. Leach. Mr. Malone, Mr. Robert Morrison, Mr. William Nicholson, Sir Hugh O'Neill and Sir Basil Pete nominated Members of the Committee.

Ordered, That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers, and records.
