HC Deb 27 November 1930 vol 245 c1492
69. Mr. RAMSBOTHAM

asked the Minister of Health the principles upon which he has decided to act in dealing with applications for the sanction of gratuities to the widows or dependants of deceased asylum officers under the Asylum Officers' Superannuation Act of 1909; and whether, as a result, he is able to revise his decision in the case of the widow of the late Mr. Hodgson of the Lancaster County Mental Hospital?

Mr. GREENWOOD

I am afraid I can add nothing to the very full reply given to the hon. Member's question on this subject in July last.

Mr. RAMSBOTHAM

Owing to the unsatisfactory nature of the reply, I beg to give notice that I shall call attention to the matter on the Adjournment of the House at an early date.
