§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONI have received to-day a copy of a resolution passed by the Bishop's Castle Town Council recommending that the Great Western Railway Company should take over and work the Bishop's Castle Rail- 1314 way. I propose to bring the resolution to the attention of the Great Western Railway Company.
