§ Sir C. TREVELYANThe Burnham Committee have recently been re-considering parts of their report which deal with the re-grading of head teachers, with a view to preventing the hardships to which the hon. Member refers, and as a result they have made an amendment of the report, which has been accepted by the Board of Education for grant purposes and has been circulated to local education authorities. I am sending the hon. Member a copy of this amendment.
