§ 37. Mr. MALONEasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he has any statement to make concerning the situation in Egypt?
Mr. A. HENDERSONA new Constitution for Egypt and a new Electoral Law were published by Royal Rescript of the 22nd of October. The attitude of His Majesty's Government towards these changes remains as defined in the Prime Minister's statement in this House on the 16th of July last.
