§ Sir C. TREVELYANThere are no regulations relating to this matter, but in many areas, including London, arrangements are made to keep school playgrounds open when the schools are not in session. These arrangements are recognised for grant by the Board, and I should, of course, be very glad to see an extension of the practice in suitable areas.
