§ Mr. DALTONMy right hon. Friend has no knowledge of any report concerning Upper Silesia made to the League in October, 1929, other than that in regard to the insurance of miners in the ceded territory, presented by Monsieur Albert Thomas in that month. My hon. Friend will find this report in the Journal of the League for February, 1930. If he has any other report in mind, perhaps he will kindly give me further details.
