HC Deb 22 May 1930 vol 239 cc573-4
66. Mr. HARRIS

asked the Minister of Health whether he has considered the injurious effect on eyesight caused by certain electric signs employing the infrared ray; and whether he contemplates taking any action in the matter?

Mr. GREENWOOD

No cases have been brought to my notice in which it has been alleged that damage to eyesight has been caused by electric signs. I shall be glad if the hon. Member will furnish me with particulars of the cases he has in mind.
