So far as I am aware, there are no representatives or envoys of the Chinese or Russian Governments in Lhasa at the present time. An officer of Tibetan race in the service of the Government of India has recently paid a visit to Lhasa.
§ Colonel HOWARD-BURYWill the right hon. Gentleman keep a watchful eye on what is going on at Lhasa in view of the fact that there are Russian official agents there?
