Mr. ALEXANDERExperimental work with submarine salvage fittings is proceeding. As I informed the House in November last (OFFICIAL REPORT, 13th November; column 1993), all personnel serving in submarines are being supplied with the Davis Submarine Escape Apparatus and arrangements are being made also to train them in its use.
