§ Mr. DALTONI hope next week, but it will be necessary for my right hon. Friend to return before he can give his approval. [Interruption]. It is so obvious to hon. Members, that I must apologise for mentioning it. It will be necessary before publication, for my right hon. Friend to give his approval to the final revise of the White Paper which is now being prepared at the Foreign Office.
