§ Mr. DALTONThe daily cost of the Conference, which is charged to the Foreign Office Vote, is estimated at, approximately, £85, and the total charge on this Vote in respect of the Conference at about £7,500. I am informed that the cost of the Conference falling on other Votes amounts to £9,100, making an aggregate of £16,000, which is at the rate of £182 a day for the period of 91 days.
§ Mr. T. WILLIAMSCan the Under-Secretary give any estimate of the actual savings effected by the Conference?
