§ 51. Mr. MANDERasked the Under-Secretary of State for Air whether the 1872 programme for the Royal Air Force display has now been settled; and whether it includes any incident, based on requirements under the Covenant of the League of Nations as now affected by the Kellogg Pact, similar to the one that took place last year?
§ Mr. MONTAGUEYes, Sir, the programme has been settled and as I informed my hon. Friend the Member for Central Southwark (Mr. Day), on 3rd March last there will again be a set piece, illustrating air action undertaken by this country against certain pirates in full conformity with, though not arising out of, its obligations under the Covenant and the Kellogg Pact.
