Mr. A. HENDERSONAccording to such information as I possess, the number of Japanese mills in China increased from 32 out of a total of 113 in 1921 to 45 out of a total of 122 in 1925. The number of Japanese mills in China at the end of 1928 was reliably reported to be 43 out of a total of 120.
