asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can state the names of the British members of the joint committee to negotiate with Soviet representatives on claims and counterclaims?

28. Captain P. MACDONALD

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has received any intimation from the Soviet Government as to the composition of the delegation to negotiate on claims and counter-claims; and, if so, whether he will state the names of the Soviet delegates?

If the hon. Members will repeat these questions next Monday, I hope to be in a position to announce the composition of the Committee.

Will the right hon. Gentleman make certain that representative business men are members of our Committee?
