§ Mr. GREENWOODThat is not quite correct. It is true that they intended to build it themselves at a higher cost than the tender now accepted.
§ Sir A. POWNALLWhat does the right hon. Gentleman intend to do in regard to the defiance of the local authority as regards the amount of the loan?
