Mr. A. HENDERSONNegotiations between British and Belgian legal experts have resulted in a draft Convention 2132 for the reciprocal enforcement of judgments. His Majesty's Government are now considering this draft together with the question of entering into informal negotiations with certain other countries before the necessary bills are drafted and submitted to Parliament.
