Sir GEORGE HAMILTONasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will state the number of public companies who on 2nd June were still in default in their statutory obligation to lodge annual accounts and balance sheets; and will he give the reasons why noncompliance with the provisions of the Act is permitted to continue for so long a period as five months?
