asked the Prime Minister whether he has yet given consideration to the report of the Select Committee on the Hours of Meeting and Rising of the House; and, if so, will he indicate what steps, if any, he proposes to take to carry out the Committee's recommendations and suggestions?

The PRIME MINISTER

The report of the Select Committee is receiving the attention of the Government. I am not yet in a position to indicate what steps the Government will be prepared to take in the matter.
