Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Tottenham and District Gas Company, which was presented on the 1st day of July and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Wolverhampton Gas Company, which was presented on the 14th day of July and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Bedford District Gas Company, which was presented on the 15th day of July and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Uxbridge, Maidenhead, Wycombe, and District Gas Company, which was presented on the 15th day of July and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Watford and St. Albans Gas Company, which was presented on die 15th day of July and pub- lisped, be approved, with the following modifications:— Page 2, Clause 3, three lines from end of page, delete the words of the Elstree undertaking'; Page 15, Clause 39, line 1, omit the words any other provision of,' and insert 'anything contained in the Order of 1924, the Order of 1929, or.'
