§ Mr. LANSBURYI know nothing about the terms of the Russian Ambassador in this country. If the hon. Baronet will put down a question, I shall be glad to answer the earlier part of his supplementary question, but I think I gave an answer to that some time ago.
§ Sir A. KNOXAs this £4,500 has been paid to foreigners, could the right hon. Gentleman see that some of it is given to the original and rightful owners of the house, two ladies who are now penniless?
